The Baroque Hall and The Secret Garden are two perfect wedding venues within Bottegin Palazzo Xara. Each venue is capable of hosting weddings of up to 250 guests standing receptions or 150 guests seated down.

The Baroque Hall

An ideal venue for medium to large weddings featuring: an impressive baroque ceiling, elegant fabulous chandeliers, abundance of natural light and a separate entrance from the restaurant. The Baroque Hall can also be used in conjunction with our Secret Garden. Our menus are creatively tailored to your requirements. Spacious parking areas are conveniently situated within walking distance.

The Secret Garden

The secret garden is also a charming and beautiful outdoor location. It is a suitable location for those seeking an outdoor held reception for medium size weddings.

WEDDING BEVERAGE PACKAGE

– Full International Open bar service at **€15.00 per person for 4 hours
– Over the 4 hours, the amount will work at **€3.00 per person per hour
– Spirits: whisky, vodka, cognac, gin, aperitifs, liquors & digestives
– Wines: red, white and rose (local wine by the carafe)
– Upgrade to South African wine for **€3.00 per person
– Beers: cisk, cisk excel, shandy, hopleaf, heineken
– Soft drinks and water

CONDITIONS FOR CATERING

– Menu and Prices are based on a minimum of 100 persons
– Prices include the Baroque Hall, linen, setup, Function Manager, Chefs, Waiters, Barmen, service and cleaning
– For weddings under 100 persons a Venue charge of **€250 applies
– We do not charge overtime for staff
– All prices and rates quoted in the set menus are subject to VAT according to the percentage on the day
– We are not responsible in any way for food left over after the function
– Final changes to menu can be done up to 7 days prior the wedding date
– For evening functions the music has to be relatively low at 23:00

DEPOSIT

– Bookings are secured against a deposit of €500
– 50% of the balance is to be paid 1 week before the wedding
– The balance is to be settled within 14 days from the reception date or as agreed on booking
– DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
